Easy eLearning<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Circle of Care’s e-learning programs are specially designed to help you learn information and skills related to your work.\u00a0 These courses can be completed through the Dayforce Learning app<\/strong><\/em> on your work phone or in Dayforce (under Learning) on a computer or other device.\u00a0 Annual e-learning courses are mandatory<\/strong> <\/span>paid training and must be completed within the given deadline<\/strong><\/span> and paid out after the deadline passes.\u00a0 If you do not complete the e-learning within the deadline and complete it after you will not be paid training time.<\/h4>\n

Two and four weeks after starting with us, you\u2019ll receive a call from our team for your New Hire Check In<\/strong> so we can ask how you\u2019re doing, answer your questions and make sure that you feel welcomed! During the call, you\u2019ll be invited to our New Hire Support Forum<\/strong> where you can join other new staff and ask questions that may have come up for you while traveling in the community and caring for clients. This is a great opportunity to meet other people at Circle of Care and make sure you feel well supported during different situations that may come up during client visits.<\/p>\n
