Easy eLearning<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Circle of Care’s e-learning programs are specially designed to help you learn information and skills related to your work.\u00a0 These courses can be completed through the Dayforce Learning app<\/strong><\/em> on your work phone or in Dayforce (under Learning) on a computer or other device.\u00a0 Annual e-learning courses are mandatory<\/strong> <\/span>paid training and must be completed within the given deadline<\/strong><\/span> and paid out after the deadline passes.\u00a0 If you do not complete the e-learning within the deadline and complete it after you will not be paid training time.<\/h4>\n

Under the Learning tab, you will find the most up-to-date information on upcoming and ongoing training.\u00a0 You can register for courses.\u00a0 There will also be resources from past courses posted here and a section on Client Care tips.<\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

STEP 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

STEP 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. After opening the Dayforce Learning App, you\u2019ll be asked to enter the Company Namespace or ID before you log in. Our Company Namespace is \u201ccircleofcare\u201d<\/strong> with no spaces or capital letters.<\/li>\n
  2. Click <Next><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]STEP 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Next, you can put your username and password to login. Your username is usually your first and last name with a dot in between. (Example: jane.doe)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          After logging in, you\u2019ll be brought to your eLearning home page where you can see all of your eLearning.<\/p>\n

          Click \u201cFilters” <\/strong>to look for courses you haven\u2019t finished\/ started yet.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

          STEP 5:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Click \u201cFilters\u201d – under status<\/em> select \u201cNot Started & In progress\u201d. <\/strong>This will allow you to see courses that you are enrolled in but have not started yet.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

          STEP 6:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          After engaging the \u201cFilters\u201d. Now, you can see your new courses and courses you have \u201cNot Started or In Progress\u201d<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” text_direction=”default”]\n

          STEP 7:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Select the course you wish to complete. The course will open to the course overview.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            1. In the course overview, it provides a description of the course that tells you if the course is Mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              1. Scroll down and Click \u201cStart learning Now\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                *You will also receive communications via your mobile app messages about training, due dates, payments for training and mandatory courses.<\/p>\n

                Two and four weeks after starting with us, you\u2019ll receive a call from our team for your New Hire Check In<\/strong> so we can ask how you\u2019re doing, answer your questions and make sure that you feel welcomed! During the call, you\u2019ll be invited to our New Hire Support Forum<\/strong> where you can join other new staff and ask questions that may have come up for you while traveling in the community and caring for clients.
