All PSWs are required to work 50% of all statutory holidays as part of their role<\/b>. If you are scheduled with a client on a statutory holiday, please ensure you follow your schedule, as your support is vital in ensuring clients with essential care needs continue to receive the services they rely on.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your scheduled client visits, please provide us with appropriate notice of at least 24 hours<\/b>\u00a0so we can arrange coverage and avoid missed care.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We understand that statutory holidays are important to you and your families, and for those working, we thank you for your dedication and commitment to our clients. For those who are off, we wish you a safe and healthy Family Day and a restful weekend ahead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
