It&#8217;s important for you to maintain immunity against vaccine-preventable diseases because it helps keep you and our clients safe.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>You are required to have immunizations against the following diseases:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Mumps<\/li>\n<li>Tetanus<\/li>\n<li>Diphtheria<\/li>\n<li>Measles (Rubeola)<\/li>\n<li>German Measles (Rubella)<\/li>\n<li>Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B<\/li>\n<li>Chicken Pox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>You are also required to complete Tuberculosis (TB) skin testing.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>This information is collected through our <strong>Medical Assessment Packages<\/strong> during the onboarding process for new hires. <strong>You are required to complete an annual policy attestation<\/strong> to declare that you continue to be up-to-date with these required vaccinations.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If you are unsure of your vaccination status for the above listed diseases, we recommend you speak to your family doctor.
