Created under the <\/span>Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority Act, 2021, the\u00a0HSCPOA serves as the regulatory authority for PSWs<\/strong>\u00a0in Ontario.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As of December 1, 2024, PSWs can register with the HSCPOA.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration is free and voluntary<\/span><\/b>, offering PSWs an optional path to formal recognition and regulation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
