It equips health care teams with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to prevent, de-escalate and respond to escalating behaviors and crises. As a fully customizable program, built to suit each organization&#8217;s needs, TIDES is grounded in the principles of trauma-informed care, person-centered communication, and collaborative interventions. It offers a hands-on approach to education that prepares staff to prevent and respond effectively in high-risk situations, while prioritizing the safety, dignity and well-being of patients and care providers.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\"><\/div>\n<div><strong>Scheduling notes:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Trainings are <strong>VIRTUAL<\/strong> meaning you can log in anywhere from <strong>TEAMS on your phone<\/strong>. There are only a select number of in-person sessions available in the office at 4211 Yonge st in the boardroom. Your meeting invitation will be send <strong>1-2 days prior<\/strong> to the training date in your mobile app under the <strong>message centre<\/strong>. It will say if your session in person or virtual. The schedule in your app will always have the office address listed <strong>even if<\/strong> IT IS NOT in person. If you are unsure please call the office to check if your session is in office or not.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>IMPORTANT:<\/div>\n<div>Please wait until <strong>1 day<\/strong>\u00a0before your training date in your schedule for the mobile message with the <strong>login details<\/strong> for TEAMS. You can not choose a date, or change your scheduled date unless there is an <strong>emergency<\/strong>. This is because you have been scheduled in a way that ensures we have <strong>coverage<\/strong> for our client visits in your area.
