text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]Our current phone software contract is ending, and we are transferring to a new provider.<b>\u00a0To keep work phones functioning properly, updates must be made to all PSW phones in early 2026.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>To complete the update, <b>our IT team will call you on your personal phone<\/b>, so we can walk you through the updates that need to be made to your work phone.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"elementToProof\" role=\"presentation\">Calls will take\u00a0approximately 15-20 minutes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">Calls will only take place when you are not with a client (for example, after a shift or while travelling)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">An IT staff member will guide you step by step through the update<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alternatively, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">i<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">f you are picking up your PPE kit<\/span>, and have <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">15\u201320 minutes available<\/span>, please inform the receptionist who will notify IT to assist you with the phone upgrade in person.<\/p>\n<h3><b>What we need from you<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">Please keep your personal phone on and available<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">Have your work phone with you when taking the call<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>These updates are mandatory for all PSW work phones, and our teams are here to support you.
