If you don\u2019t contribute any money, Circle of Care won\u2019t either, but if you put in the maximum amount, Circle of Care will match that too.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum annual matching limit is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$450.00 for\u00a0<b><u>full-time<\/u><\/b>\u00a0employees<\/li>\n<li>$300.00 for\u00a0<b><u>part-time<\/u><\/b>\u00a0employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a combined amount for the TFSA and\/or RRSP. Aren\u2019t you required to pay me for that visit? Because I wasn\u2019t notified and it was taken off less than an hour before the start of the visit. I\u2019ve wasted my time travelling to the client and paid for gas (and we all know gas is so expensive right now). This has happened to me twice already, and I feel that it\u2019s not fair.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Thank you for bringing this concern forward. It can be frustrating to arrive at a client\u2019s location and discover that the visit has been removed from your schedule, especially when the change happens at the last minute.<\/p>\n<p>Our office is expected to inform PSW of any last-minute client cancellations or schedule changes as soon as possible. If the client cancels at the last minute while you are on your way to the client, it should be entered as a refused visit. PSWs are paid for refused visits.<\/p>\n<p>But there is a possibility that the client has used\u00a0the\u00a0EZ Assist app\u00a0to\u00a0cancel their appointment at the last minute.
