We are pleased to announce that our Circle of Care – GoodLife Fitness Membership Program is now available as an online platform in 2020, with two membership payment options available.\u00a0 You can choose to pay $599.00 + tax upfront for the year (payable via credit card) or, you may choose to pay $24.00 + tax biweekly from your bank account.<\/p>\n

\n– You will be prompted to enter your employee ID (note: this is the number on your ID badge, not your voicemail number)
\n– During the registration process you will choose which payment option you prefer
\n– You may add up to four family members (payment option must be the same as the one you chose for yourself)<\/p>\n
