Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “I am so pleased and grateful for Julia Yoffe<\/strong>. She has always been very helpful and responsive but, in the past few months, she has been even more so. My mother lives with dementia and requires 24hr care, and specifically from someone who speaks Russian, much of which comes from Circle of Care. Just last week, one of my mother’s caregivers had an accident and shared that she wouldn\u2019t be able to come for two weeks. Almost immediately, Julia was on the phone and found a replacement, who my mother already knew and trusted. And I know this wasn\u2019t simple.
