Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “On this Labour Day weekend, I am mindful of our front-line workers. I am particularly thankful for Elvira Galang<\/strong>, my mother’s PSW with Circle of Care. It has already been over a year since Elvira started coming to help with my mother’s daily chores. What a difference it has made not only for my mother who is 92 years old, but also for the rest of family. Thank you Elvira for your professionalism, positive approach, dedication, patience, empathy, and for your ever loving smile. You are an angel bringing us comfort and care. We are much indebted to you and we shall never forget.” – Client’s son<\/li>\n
      • “I would like to compliment Fabien Ghartey-Johnson<\/strong> on how kind, and helpful he always is. He goes above and beyond when helping to make changes to my mother’s schedule. He demonstrates empathy and understanding of my mother’s needs and I don’t feel that from many others that I have had to deal with in the community for the various supports my mother has in place.       • “I just wanted to give a nod to Jessica Lamantia<\/strong> for being such a team player. Jessica came on as our student this summer to support the CSC team and has been such an amazing help to our team. She is extremely patient and has demonstrated excellent customer service. I could always rely on her to help out the team whenever ask and has been very flexible. Jessica left on August 28th for school and her support to the team will be greatly missed.” – Sheonne Harris<\/li>\n
      • “Patricia Wendy<\/strong> has been wonderful and greatly helped with the transition of my brother to his new mental health case manager with York Region Social Service Network. It has been an absolute pleasure working with such a dedicated and caring professional!” – Client’s caregiver<\/li>\n
      • “I am at ease when iRIDE driver Umberto Micucci<\/strong> picks me up. He is always helpful and really cares about me. I trust Umberto and he is an expert driver and does not rush.
