  2. HR will consider the potential applicant and contact the individual directly to proceed with an interview if the candidate\u2019s work experience, skills and education match the job requirements of an available position.<\/li>\n
  3. If your candidate is hired, Human Resources will notify you on a successful referral.<\/li>\n
  4. You must be actively employed by Circle of Care to remain eligible for the award.<\/li>\n
  5. Payment will be paid in full after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period of 480 client facing hours. Referrers who are eligible for payout will receive the amount of the payout, less applicable taxes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
