Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “Every time\u00a0Aditya Matlani<\/strong>\u00a0helps me or anyone in the ADP, all we do is speak volumes of how amazing he is –\u00a0 first in his expertise of IT, resolving all of our concerns in the most efficient manner, but he is also so caring and never makes us feel silly in our questions or concerns. The IT department has done very well with Aditya representing them, as has Circle of Care. Thank you Aditya for all you do to help us at ADP.”\u00a0 Madeline D’Arpino<\/li>\n
      • “ADP’s Senior Recreationist\u00a0Catherine Timm<\/strong>\u00a0has worked tirelessly with her staff to initially create activity packages for our isolated clients while at the same time set up our ZOOM program. She continues to connect with family members to ensure that we are prepared to serve them if and when a second wave occurs.
