{"id":3771,"date":"2020-10-29T17:14:31","date_gmt":"2020-10-29T17:14:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psw.circleofcare.com\/?p=3771"},"modified":"2020-10-29T17:14:31","modified_gmt":"2020-10-29T17:14:31","slug":"memo-annual-hours-worked-for-psws-and-homemakers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psw.circleofcare.com\/index.php\/2020\/10\/29\/memo-annual-hours-worked-for-psws-and-homemakers\/","title":{"rendered":"Memo: Annual Hours Worked for PSWs and Homemakers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Employee,<\/p>\n<p>This memo serves to remind you that per Article 3.03 (a) of the Collective Agreement (July 1, 2018 \u2013June 30, 2021): \u201cIn order to qualify as a full-time employee, members need to work 1,300 hours for the calendar year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All employees will need to work at a minimum 1,300 hours in the calendar year (between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020) in order to qualify for Full-Time status and:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the 51 hours of sick time (Article 21.01)<\/li>\n<li>the $200 payment in lieu of benefits (Article 23.01)<\/li>\n<li>the $300 RRSP matching amount (Article 24.01)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your <a href=\"https:\/\/psw.circleofcare.com\/index.php\/workingatcircleofcare\/collectiveagreement\/\">Collective Agreement<\/a> is available on the Circle of Care mobile phone as well as on the PSW Portal.
