This is done via training memos, videos and in person meetings. For workers working independently in the community, supervisors do spot checks to assure workers are following proper procedures.<\/p>\n<p>For workers who are going to be working with a client they are required to ask the client COVID-19 related questions to help identify if a client may have COVID-19. If any of the questions are answered \u201cyes\u201d a \u201cCOVID Caution\u201d is placed on that clients file for workers to see. If a client has tested positive then a \u201cCOVID Positive\u201d is placed on clients file.
