Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3. Not only is she a great speaker, knowledgeable and inspiring, but also a team player as she provided a great deal of support preparing for this event, and we’ve received a great response from the 66+ people that attended. She provides ongoing support to clients and has been adaptable and patient throughout the pandemic.
