Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “My PSW Radha Poudel goes beyond her duties to make me feel special and loved. She always puts me first! I live alone and my family does not visit me, but Radha always makes me feel special. I have other PSWs as well but none compare to her willingness and compassion for me.” – Client<\/li>\n
      • “PSW Nichola Mclean has shown her companion and care towards her clients. The Service coordinator and CSS have heard such great compliments about Nichola’s work ethic and performance from several of her clients. Her clients are very happy with the service Nichola provides.” – Jessica Collins<\/li>\n
      • “Marissa Wint plays a big role to her colleagues at Circle of Care. Since I have worked here, I don’t think there has been a time when I have called Marissa with a question and she don’t have the answer! She is always willing to help and go above and beyond to help her colleagues. I am extremely happy to have her back with us.
