Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3. Likewise, one of our clients stated that she is always happy when she gets to speak to Viktorya as she is very polite and respectful and that she takes her time and listen to insure that her issues are resolved. She goes above and beyond with compassion and understanding, to ensure that each person is heard.
