This clinic is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 3:30pm.<\/p>\n<p>To book yourself for a vaccine appointment, visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elvaccineclinic.ca\">www.elvaccineclinic.ca<\/a> and select the <strong>Option 2: Other Priority Population<\/strong> (I am a community healthcare worker). You must fill out the information, including providing your name, birthdate and home address. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If you have any issues with registration, contact VaccineTO at\u00a01-888-385-1910.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>All Sites Offering the COVID Vaccine<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To see a full list of sites that are available for vaccination, visit\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vaccineto.ca\/sites\">https:\/\/vaccineto.ca\/sites<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Your Time Receiving the Vaccine is Paid for by Us<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Once you have been vaccinated with<strong> both doses,<\/strong> please contact Kai Svirida (ext. 263 or ksvirida@circleofcare.com) \u00a0to let her know.
