This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care\u2019s values.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”1\/1″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_column_text]Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:<\/strong><\/p>\n
    \n
  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “PSW Asha Dalal<\/strong> is always willing to take on more clients and hours even on her days off. She is always willing to help the coordination team when her peers call in sick \u2013 without hesitation. I have heard from other coordinators that she is extremely hard working, and reliable. She does everything by the book and always calls in with any questions or concerns.       • \u201cPSW Marissa Boven<\/strong> has been visiting a client that is very well known to me in my role as a Social Worker at Baycrest. Marissa has provided this client with exemplary care and done so with kindness, empathy, and dedication. Marissa has very special qualities and she has developed a trusting friendship with her client. She has given this client hope, security and helped reduce her anxiety. Marissa cares so deeply and understands her client in a non-judgmental way and as such, they have developed a wonderful relationship. He reacted quickly as he identified the need for immediate medical attention. When emergency crews arrived, the client opened his eyes and thanked Joseph for saving his life!
