We had a total of 123 respondents.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the highlights from the feedback:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>88% of respondents agreed that employees of all cultures and background are respected and valued at Circle of Care<\/li>\n<li>92% of respondents reported feeling included and respected by their colleagues<\/li>\n<li>91% of respondents agreed that at work, they can be successful as their authentic self<\/li>\n<li>96% of respondents reported that if they had a concern about discrimination at work, they would feel comfortable reporting this<\/li>\n<li>12% of respondents reported that they have felt discriminated against or have faced micro-aggressions while working at Circle of Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We also received a variety of comments and suggestions about how we can make improvements going forward.
