  • Clients\/Family Members:<\/strong>\u00a0Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.<\/li>\n
  • Managers:<\/strong>\u00a0A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.<\/li>\n
    2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.<\/li>\n
    3.       • “PSW Ayrin Tagiuam<\/strong> visited our house regularly late spring and early summer to give support for the caring of my husband. Immediately on the first visit she showed developed personal skills interacting with him, a man not usually at ease with strangers. She was able to direct him through exercises that he had previously been uncooperative with others. Following each session, if there were time and on her own initiative, she would look about to see if she could help out in some way. Ayrin is a treasure of an employee.
