Please note that this payment will be given after the new hire has completed their probation period.<\/p>\n<p><strong> What must I do to make sure I will be eligible for the referral payment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must <a href=\"https:\/\/circleofcare.formstack.com\/forms\/employee_referral_program_form\">complete the referral form<\/a>, OR email referrals@circleofcare.com with the applicant&#8217;s information before they are hired.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Earn $500 for every successful PSW referral you make from now until the end of the year!
