We are pleased to inform you that we will be releasing the latest edition of the PSW Mobile App, with new upgrades!<\/p>\n

When will this new upgrade happen?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The app will be upgraded this Tuesday Sept 28th, before the start of day.<\/p>\n

What’s new in the upgrade?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The update includes New COVID Screeners as per Ontario Ministry of Health.<\/p>\n

PSW Screener – Mandatory Daily Before Your First Client Visit<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"What happens if I am asked to register my phone as part of the upgrade?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

There is the possibility that you may need to register your phone as part of the upgrade. To do so here are the instructions:<\/p>\n

Finding your Mobile Phone Number<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Find your Mobile # on your work cell phone Go to your Circle of Care Home Screen and SELECT Contacts (Orange Icon on the upper right))<\/li>\n
  2. Your Work Mobile # is below the Search bar at the TOP and is the Bolded mobile phone<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To Register in the PSW App<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open the Work App, and enter your 10 Digit mobile phone #<\/li>\n
    2. A security Code will be sent to you via text, enter the code in the app<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Once you have registered, you will get the login page and be able to use the app!<\/p>\n

      What should I do if I need help?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      If any technical support required, please call the IT Helpdesk.<\/p>\n
