We are pleased to inform you that the PSW Mobile App will updated Wednesday Jan 26th, before start of day.<\/p>\n

What is being updated?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The update includes New COVID Screeners as per Ontario Ministry of Health. Please continue to complete them following the usual process.<\/p>\n

What does the PSW Self Screener look like now?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"The PSW Self Screener is done once daily at beginning of your shift.<\/p>\n

1. Do you have one or more of the following symptoms? No or Yes<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Fever and\/or chills<\/li>\n
  • Cough<\/li>\n
  • Shortness of breath \/ difficulty breathing<\/li>\n
  • Decrease or loss of taste or smell<\/li>\n
  • Extreme fatigue<\/li>\n
  • Muscle aches \/ joint pain<\/li>\n
  • Sore throat<\/li>\n
  • Headache<\/li>\n
  • Runny nose \/ nasal congestion<\/li>\n
  • Nausea, vomiting and\/or diarrhea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. In the last 14 days, have you travelled outside of Canada AND been advised to quarantine per the federal quarantine requirements? No or Yes
    \n3. In the last 10 days, has a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be self-isolating? No or Yes
    \n4. In the last 10 days, have you been identified as a \u201cclose contact\u201d of someone who currently has COVID-19? No or Yes
    \n5. Is anyone you live with currently experiencing any new COVID-19 symptoms AND\/OR received a COVID-19 positive test results? No or Yes
    \n6. In the last 10 days, have you received a positive COVID-19 test results? No or Yes<\/p>\n

    If you answer YES to any question, YOU MUST: <\/span>Follow SICK Protocol and begin self-isolation. DO NOT proceed to clients. Contract Office LIVE using the speed dial icon at the bottom right. Okay (must be selected to proceed)<\/p>\n

    What does the new Client Screener look like?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
