Any PSW or Homemaker who worked more than 1300 hours in 2021 has been designated as Full Time for 2022. For those employees who did not work 1300 hours, they are designated as Part Time for 2022.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Full Time employees received 51 hours of paid sick time and are eligible for our Group Benefits program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you would like to confirm your Employment Status for the 2022 calendar year, you can contact HRDept@circleofcare.com. Toronto and the surrounding areas received 55 centimeters of snow in a relatively short time frame, resulting in challenging road conditions, stuck and stranded vehicles, highway shutdowns, delays and cancellations to public transportation, and slippery and snow-filled sidewalks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The intense snowfall delayed many Personal Support Workers from completing their scheduled visits on time, and prevented some PSWs from being able to attend their visits altogether.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">However, our amazing Personal Support Workers were <strong>still able to provide 3,758 visits to 1,327 clients!<\/strong> Coordination staff reworked schedules to ensure PSWs could complete vital client visits, especially in cases with vulnerable clients who live alone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Together as an organization, we worked hard for the safety and care of our clients, who rely on our support to continue to live healthy and happy lives at home.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;Full Width Line&#8221;
