Circle of Care requires that PSWs and Homemakers be mask fit tested in an effort to ensure employees have access, and are properly fitted, to essential personal protective equipment (PPE) for working directly with clients. N95s have been designated as important PPE to protect the wearer from respiratory hazards.<\/p>\n

When will N95 Mask Fit sessions be held?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

N95 Mask Fit sessions will be running on March 5, 10 and 15 (Head Office), as well as March 24 and April 10 (Scarborough).<\/p>\n

Where are the sessions being held?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

March 5, 10, and 15 sessions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

These sessions are at our head office, at 4211 Yonge Street. They are being held on the 2nd floor, in Suite 203<\/strong>. Y<\/strong>ou do not need to check in at the main reception.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

March 24 and April 10 sessions:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

These sessions will be held at the Scarborough training location, 2677 Kennedy Road.<\/p>\n

When should I book an appointment?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please register for an appointment outside of your regular availability. If you need any scheduling changes, please speak to your Service Coordinator.<\/p>\n

How long will the mask fit session take?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The mask fit sessions will take approximately 1 hour. Your schedule will be blocked as \u2018unavailable\u2019 for you to attend the session. You do not need to use your phone to sign into the training.<\/p>\n

Will I be paid for the mask fit session?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yes, you will be paid a total of 1 hour for the mask fit session \u2013 this will be added to your schedule 1-2 weeks after the session has been completed and you will receive payment. The code will appear on your paystub as \u2018Miscellaneous.\u2019<\/p>\n

I’m having difficulty accessing the login link with my PSW phone. What should I do?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You may not be able to access the login link via the PSW mobile phones, and you may need to access the link using your personal phone or computer.<\/p>\n

What if I have to cancel\/reschedule my appointment?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
