Please try to book a date\/time where you do not have client visits scheduled.<br \/>\n\u2022 Your schedule will be blocked as \u2018unavailable\u2019 for you to attend the session. You do not need to use your phone to sign into the training.<br \/>\n\u2022 You will be paid a total of 4 hours for the training (CPR) or 1 hour (mask fit) \u2013 this will be added to your schedule 1-2 weeks after the session has been completed and you will receive payment. The code will appear on your paystub as \u2018Miscellaneous\u2019.<br \/>\n\u2022 You may not be able to access the login link via the PSW mobile phones, and you may need to access the link using your personal phone or computer.<br \/>\n\u2022 All bookings\/cancellations must be managed through the online portal. This policy was developed in response to the Employment Standard Act (ESA) update.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Below are a few key highlights on the right to disconnect:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u2022 You have the right to disconnect from your job and any work-related tasks or communication outside of working hours without fear of punishment. You will not be penalized for not communicating or continuing to work outside of your regular working hours.<br \/>\n\u2022 You are encouraged to set clear boundaries between work and your personal life and should take and use all of your scheduled time off for non-work related activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 You must also be respectful of others\u2019 right to disconnect and should not expect your co-workers to respond, communicate, or complete work during their non-work hours.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Please keep in mind that situations can arise where it is not possible to deal with matters during normal working hours. There may be legitimate situations when it is necessary to contact you outside of your normal working hours to meet the needs of the business.
