Abuse can be physical, sexual, mental, emotional, verbal, or financial. Do not leave voicemails or send these types of messages through the app, you must speak to someone LIVE on the phone.<\/li>\n<li>If you are concerned about something that you see in a client\u2019s home, or things that the client or caregiver tells you about the care the client receives, you should report this to the call center.<\/li>\n<li>Take a minute to review our recently updated <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1DazQ_3oaOl4W6BDGaAczSUXhMvLd-4FY\/view\">Vulnerable Population Abuse Prevention Policy<\/a> .
