Upcoming sessions for both CPR and mask fit have been booked for July and August. Please try to book a date\/time where you do not have client visits scheduled.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Your schedule will be blocked as \u2018unavailable\u2019 for you to attend the session. You do not need to use your phone to sign into the training.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">You will be paid a total of 4 hours for the training (CPR) and 1 hour for mask fit \u2013 this will be added to your schedule 1-2 weeks after the session has been completed and you will receive payment. Body mechanics can be good or bad, and can be directly related to back pain and other physical issues. <strong>Using correct body mechanics will help you avoid musculoskeletal strain, injuries to yourself or your client, and tiredness.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Basic Body Mechanic Rules to keep in mind to prevent MSDs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Keep the lower portion of your back <strong>in its normal position at all times<\/strong> (not bent)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Do not twist your body<\/strong> \u2013 instead always use a side step or pivot to move your torso, from your shoulders to your hip, as one solid unit<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Set your feet into a <strong>comfortable and solid wide base of support<\/strong> when lifting. Having a wide base of support gives your body more stability.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Keep your head upright and hold your shoulders up<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Maintain a <strong>stable center of gravity<\/strong> to evenly distribute your body weight<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Keep your center of gravity low, bend your knees and keep your body straight rather than bending your back or your head<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Hold items close to your body<\/strong> to lower the effect of their weight<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Bend at your hips and knees instead of your waist to help keep your balance and divide weight easily between upper and lower body<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Pay attention to your limits;
