Starting immediately, <strong>new hires will only need to wait six (6) months before requesting any changes to their availability.<\/strong> Previously, new hires needed to wait 18 months. keep your shoulders down, chest out, and back straight<\/li>\n<li>Change position as often as you can to relieve stress on your spine, increase circulation, and decrease muscle fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Stretch when you can you can to help ease muscle tightness<\/li>\n<li>Wear shoes that give you a firm foundation and keep you from slipping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>When Lifting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Your feet should be flat on the floor, apart, with one foot slightly in front of the other<\/li>\n<li>Before lifting, move close to and directly in front of the object<\/li>\n<li>Hold the object close to your body<\/li>\n<li>Keep your back straight<\/li>\n<li>Bend from your hips and knees &#8211;
