It can cause a lot of pain that lasts a long time and might happen many times. Bullying can lead to depression, anxiety, and feeling bad about yourself. It can happen in different ways, like using mean words, hurting someone physically, leaving them out, or bullying online.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you can do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get support. Talk to a colleague, friend, or family member who will support you. Work together to speak out against bullying and harassment.<\/li>\n<li>Stand up for someone who is being bullied, whether in person or online. Let them know they don&#8217;t deserve to be treated that way. Don&#8217;t join in or encourage bullying.<\/li>\n<li>Learn about our anti-bullying policy.
