An organization\u2019s Vision, Mission and Values provide a guiding framework that unites and inspires us, fostering a sense of purpose and shared identity. They are a reflection of all of us and that\u2019s why it\u2019s very important that we hear what you think!<\/p>\n

In the survey, you will find proposed options for our Vision and Mission statements, and for our Values. These options were developed after extensive market research, focus groups with our PSWs, partners and volunteers, and brainstorming sessions with office staff.<\/p>\n
