{"id":9533,"date":"2024-09-05T17:09:19","date_gmt":"2024-09-05T17:09:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psw.circleofcare.com\/?p=9533"},"modified":"2024-09-05T17:09:19","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T17:09:19","slug":"new-employee-support-program-greenshield-eap","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psw.circleofcare.com\/index.php\/2024\/09\/05\/new-employee-support-program-greenshield-eap\/","title":{"rendered":"New Employee Support Program &#8211; GreenShield EAP"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>Circle of Care is excited to offer a pilot program for PSWs to access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through GreenShield (OASSIS).<\/p>\n<p>GreenShield EAP is a confidential service designed to support your overall well-being.\u00a0 This program offers a safe space where you can comfortably discuss life challenges \u2013 such as work, family, or other areas of life \u2013 with someone outside your usual circle who can provide you with guidance and support. <strong>Whether you need a listening ear, advice, or guidance, the EAP is here to help.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>What does GreenShield EAP provide?<\/h3>\n<p>The EAP provides access to a variety of services, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Counseling Services:<\/strong>\u00a0Speak with a professional, whether individually or as a couple, without long wait times or complicated processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Life Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Receive assistance from experts on topics like work, health, nutrition, and financial or legal issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How can I access GreenShield EAP?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>To join the program, email Kai at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Ksvirida@circleofcare.com\">Ksvirida@circleofcare.com<\/a>\u00a0by September 20th.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We only need your\u00a0<strong>first and last name<\/strong>\u00a0to register you for the program.\u00a0<strong>You do not need to specify which services you are interested in.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">We are currently piloting this program for our PSWs from September to December. During the pilot period, registration will be on a first come-first serve basis, capped at 50 employees. If there is enough interest, we hope to expand the program beyond the 50 employee cap.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element  vc_custom_1725392717859\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p>This service is not anonymous, but it is\u00a0<strong>completely confidential<\/strong>.
