Subject: Right to Disconnect Policy
At Circle of Care, we support our employees in protecting their health and wellbeing. Regardless of the nature of an employee’s working arrangement, taking appropriate time to disconnect from work is vital for wellbeing and is essential for maintaining work-life balance. Circle of Care is committed to increasing overall employee health and wellness and providing employees with a better work–life balance.
The Right to Disconnect Policy was developed as per the Employment Standard Act (ESA) update for employers as of June 2, 2022. This policy can be found on the PSW portal. Employees are encouraged to review and follow the guidance set out in this policy to ensure that they are taking time to disconnect from work when and as it is appropriate to do so.
