Procedures for PSW Meetings at Head Office

Procedures

  • We ask that PSWs do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the start of your meeting. If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your meeting, you should wait in the Main Floor Lobby ONLY. Do not wait near the elevator on the 4th floor or request early entrance to the Circle of Care offices.
  • When you arrive, an Admin team member will buzz you in and you should go directly to the Boardroom and take a seat.

Supply Pick-Up During Meetings

  • Your CSS or the presenter will provide a list of all attending PSWs 24 hours before the meeting so that any already prepared PPE supply orders can be placed in the Boardroom for pick up.
  • You should not ask for supply orders to be prepared without any advance notice (i.e. on the spot). If you want to pick up PPE supplies during your meeting visit, you MUST place your order through your PSW app AT LEAST 48 hours in advance.
  • You should NOT enter the mailroom and help yourself to supplies. Please ask the Admin Team for assistance.

Other Requests

  • Any other requests, such as new ID cards or phone issues need to be requested to Admin or IT ahead of time to schedule a time to have it addressed.
