Personal Support Workers and Homemakers may pick up supplies from the following locations listed below. Please make sure that you select the right location on your phone when you are ordering supplies.
UPS Store – 1154 Warden Ave. (Warden & Lawrence)
- UPS Store Hours – Monday to Friday 9:00 am–6:30 pm; Saturday 10:00 am–3:00 pm
- PPE package will only be held for one week (7 days).
- If not picked it up it is returned to Head Office and they will then have to pick it up at 4211 Yonge Street, Suite 401.
UPS Store – 1110 Finch Ave. West, Unit 40 (Finch & Dufferin)
- UPS Store Hours – Monday to Friday 9:00 am–6:30 pm; Saturday 10:00 am–3:00 pm
- PPE package will only be held for one week (7days).
