  • We will have the driver at Scarborough Town Centre on Wednesdays and Fridays only with extended hours from 12pm – 3pm.

Sheridan Mall (SM)

  • We will have the driver at that site on Thursdays only with extended hours from 12 – 3pm.

ADP Office and Main Office

There will be no changes to pick up hours at the ADP Office – 1600 Steeles Ave West and main office 4211 Yonge Street.

4-Point PPE To Be Used for ALL Client Visits

Please be aware that you must use 4 point PPE (which includes gloves, a gown, a surgical mask and a face shield) for all clients. At this time there has been no direction that we are required to use N95 mask in the community for our general client population, but rather that the surgical mask is well fitted. Please ensure that you are pinching the nose piece to get a good seal and if needed that you are double looping the ear strap or tying a knot on the end to hold the mask more securely on your face.

Paper Medical Tape Coming Soon – For Creating a Stronger Seal for Medical Masks

In the coming weeks we will be providing all staff with paper medical tape that can be used to help create a stronger seal when using a medical mask if staff wish to apply it.

Do Not Double Glove

We have also heard that some staff are requesting two glove sizes because they are double gloving, at this time we ask staff to please stop double gloving since this does not follow our PPE recommendations and no evidence has been provided to show that it adds any protection.
