Read our Annual Report 2021-2022
Our Annual Report showcases stories about our clients and the ways that we are assisting them with living healthier and happier lives at home and in the community.
It also features a letter to the community from our CEO Carey Lucki and interim Board Chair Stephen Pustil, as well as highlighting our financials from the previous fiscal year.
Healthy Habits to Help Prevent the Flu
As we head into flu season, here are some reminders about healthy habits to prevent getting, and spreading the flu. The best way to prevent the flu is to get a vaccination against the virus. The flu vaccine is different every year, so getting the flu shot annually is important. Flu shots are anticipated to be available starting in the next few weeks.
Other best practices include:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
- Avoid others when you yourself are sick, including staying home from school or work.
- Practice good hand hygiene by washing hands frequently and avoiding touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when sneezing or coughing.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, especially when someone is ill.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Drink lots of fluids.
- Eat nutritious food.
- Manage stress levels.
