Please be advised that Employment Status has been updated for the 2024 Calendar year based on the Collective Agreement.
For any employees who have been designated as ‘Full Time’ for 2024 – please be aware that Circle of Care has sent your information to SEIU Global Benefits so that you may be enrolled in the program.
Employees who were full time in 2023 and have maintained their full time status in 2024 – there will be no interruption of coverage.
Employees who were part time in 2023 and are now full time for 2024, please note that there will be a delay in your initial enrollment until Global Benefits receives 2 Payroll deductions from Circle of Care. Global Benefits will also be sending out an enrollment form and information to your home address – this will need to be completed and mailed back to Global Benefits in order for you to be successfully enrolled in the program.
Please note that all full time employees are eligible for the Group Benefits plan under the Collective Agreement, and there is no portion to opt out of the program.
