That’s why we’re excited to share some great news: we are launching a new and more efficient special phone line! This new line will make it easier to contact us whenever you have urgent or risk-related issues. Your calls will be treated with higher priority, meaning you’ll get faster responses and better support when it matters most.
Please only call this line in the following situations:
- Client Fall
- Reporting client death
- Injury to client
- Injury to PSW
- Abuse
- Not seen Not Found
