What’s Changing?
We’re updating the way we connect for virtual meetings and training sessions.
Effective December 1, 2025, we will be transitioning from Zoom to Microsoft Teams for all work meetings and training sessions. The Zoom app will no longer be available on your work cell phones after this date.
What You Need to Know
- No Teams account required – You’ll join meetings using a meeting code and password, instead of links like you’ve been doing with Zoom
- Same device, new app – Continue using your work cell phone to attend virtual sessions

We want to make this transition as smooth as possible! We’re offering:
Optional Virtual Drop-In Practice Sessions
Join us on Teams to practice using the platform with an instructor from Learning and Development. These sessions are completely optional and designed to help you feel confident with the new technology.
