Customer Service is an organization’s ability to supply the client’s wants and needs. It is the practice of providing clients with a positive, helpful experience:
- When they join Circle of Care,
- Throughout the time they stay at Circle of Care
- After they leave should they have any additional questions, etc.
Customer Service also outlines standards for how we provide service to a client before, during, and after their visit with their worker.
Customer Service is what the customer perceives and remembers of the service they received.
Customer service is MORE than the service you provide – it’s about the experience while receiving that service.
