Our employees are important to us. We strive to recognize the work of exemplary staff whose efforts contribute greatly to the success of our organization.
High Five Program
NEW! Circle of Care’s High Five Program celebrates and highlights the little things employees do each day that make a difference, either to a fellow colleague, a client, or a member of the community.
Give someone a high five! Fill out the form below, and thank someone for the work they’re doing. We will publish submissions in Inside the Circle each week.
Please note: we are not able to accept/publish anonymous recognitions – you must include your name when completing the recognition form.
Champions of Care Awards
Our Champions of Care Awards celebrate employees who go above and beyond in their roles and exemplify one or more of our organization’s values. These awards are announced each year in June, and nominations are open from March 1 to April 30 each year. Nominations can be made by clients and their families, as well as by colleagues, managers, and other staff.
As of September 2024, we have announced new organizational values (Community, Respect, Excellence and Dignity). As such, the Champions of Care Awards will be slightly revamped in 2025 and employees will be encouraged to nominate an individual who embodies one or more of our values. We encourage you to think of somebody who has gone above and beyond in their role in the past year, and somebody who has had an impact on our community, organization or our partnerships. This can be somebody who embodies Innovation, Leadership and/or Advocacy.
Please note: Nominations for 2025-2026 will open on March 1, 2026 and this page will be updated to indicate nomination instructions.
