We are looking for stellar talent like you — dynamic, talented people who would enjoy being part of our organization. For every successful referral you make, you get a $400 cash bonus*. And remember, whenever you make a successful referral you gain more than a bonus — you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you identified an emerging star who will help Circle of Care shine brighter than ever.
*The $400 cash bonus is applicable to those referred between February 1st, 2020 and April 30th, 2020. After April 30th, the regular $250 cash bonus will be reinstated.
To participate in this program, please read the following steps below:
- Complete the introduction form down below, attach it to the resume of the referred candidate and submit to the Human Resources Department. If Human Resources are not notified of the referral prior to the start date of the candidate or within 30 days of the start date, the referral bonus will not be approved. Forms received outside of this timeframe will not be reviewed.
- HR will consider the potential applicant and contact the individual directly to proceed with an interview if the candidate’s work experience, skills and education match the job requirements of an available position.
- If your candidate is hired, Human Resources will notify you on a successful referral.
- Payment will be paid in two separate amounts. The first payment will be paid after the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period. The second half of the payment will be paid after the candidate completes one full year of service with Circle of Care.
- You must be actively employed by Circle of Care to remain eligible for the award.
- Referrers who are eligible for payout will receive the amount of the payout, less applicable taxes.
