Throughout the month of March, the Yee Hong Centre will be presenting a series of virtual health and wellness training workshops for health service providers, including PSWs. There are a variety of online workshops that are available to our staff for free and focus on topics including self-care, resiliency, stress management, nutrition, and COVID vaccination. Most of the sessions are offered in either Mandarin or Cantonese, but there are a few sessions in English as well.

- March 16: Stress Management (offered in Mandarin) – introducing techniques to manage stress
- March 16: Understanding COVID-19 Vaccination (offered in Cantonese) – presented by Dr. Jason Kwok, family doctor
- March 17: Building Psychological Flexibility to Reduce Stress (offered in English) – Participants will be introduced to the Acceptance and Commitment to Empowerment Model which has been used effective to reduce stress and promote resilience. Participants will also learn strategies that strengthen their psychological flexibility that enhances their resilience.
