Book Yourself for an Appointment to Receive the COVID Vaccine
A new vaccine clinic has opened up at 160 Neptune Drive (Near Allen Rd & 401) , and Circle of Care PSWs are eligible to book themselves for an appointment to receive the vaccine. This clinic is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 3:30pm.
To book yourself for a vaccine appointment, visit www.elvaccineclinic.ca and select the Option 2: Other Priority Population (I am a community healthcare worker). You must fill out the information, including providing your name, birthdate and home address. If you have any issues with registration, contact VaccineTO at 1-888-385-1910.

Your Time Receiving the Vaccine is Paid for by Us
Once you have been vaccinated with both doses, please contact Kai Svirida (ext. 263 or ksvirida@circleofcare.com) to let her know. Circle of Care PSWs will be paid for their time receiving the vaccine, and Kai will be coordinating this information to ensure that you get paid. This will be done once you are fully vaccinated (you have received both doses).
