Introducing Applause: A Social Recognition and Rewards Program
Circle of Care is excited to announce a new social recognition and rewards program for employees. The successes we achieve at Circle of Care are a direct result of the efforts of our employees, so it’s important that the whole organization participates in celebrating the great work that happens every day at Circle of Care.
Our new program Applause, is an online, points-based system where you can reward others and be rewarded for living our organizational values and delivering our purpose. The points you accumulate can be redeemed for a variety of options available in our catalogue. From electronics to experiences and beyond, we’re confident the diverse selection of rewards will have something for everyone. In addition to the rewards, Applause allows you to provide well-deserved public recognition, gratitude and encouragement.

FAQs About Applause
When will I get access to this new platform?
The platform is currently in the final stages of being built. Applause will launch at the beginning of September, and you will receive an email with an invitation to sign into your account on launch day. We will also be providing training to employees on how to use the platform, so you can get the most out of your experience using Applause.
What will happen with our current recognition programs? (i.e. Champions of Care, Spotlight Awards, Years of Service, etc.)
Our current recognition programs will be integrated into the new Applause platform. Using the platform, you will be able to recognize your coworkers for the work they do, and nominate them for awards. Employees celebrating a milestone anniversary will also be celebrated through this platform.
Why is this platform being introduced?
With our new hybrid work environment, this platform will help fill a gap in social connection. Our new Applause platform will allow us to help to connect people together, and celebrate the successes that our employees have achieved in real-time, and in a social way. It will also allow us to more easily provide awards and prizes, which can be distributed directly through the platform’s points system. And it will give our employees choices when it comes to redeeming those points – meaning you’ll be able to pick what you want to spend your points on.
