Wellness at Work: Taste the Rainbow!
Having lots of color on your plate is a great sign that you’re getting a variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Dark leafy greens, oranges, tomatoes, and even herbs are loaded with nutritional value. Aiming to have a variety of color at every meal is a way to make sure you are consuming enough fruits and vegetables that are not only higher in nutrition, but keep you feeling full and satisfied for longer.
If you are interested in learning more about healthy eating habits, we recommend the following resources:
- EFAP– there are a number of articles focused on nutrition topics such as how to eat for energy, using food labels and food safety

Champions of Care Nominations
Congratulations to this week’s Champions of Care nominees:
- “Jessica Collins is always extremely helpful. She is a true team leader. When I have problems with some tasks she always helps. Last week I experienced a challenge in booking a desk in the office using Robin. She helped me right away even though she was very busy. She demonstrates her teamwork skills all the time.” – Yulia Ioffe
- “I want to express my gratitude to you (Circle of Care) and your services. I recommend Circle of Care to all of my friends, because I’m very happy with your service – compared to other companies I used in the past. I would like to specifically highlight Alexius Yarde for being very helpful. All of the PSWs that come into my house are also very friendly and courteous as well. All the workers change my whole mood and really brighten my day.” – Client
