“Isabella Lamantia took action on the AM shift this past Saturday when the server was down and all staff had no access to any programs in Parallels. Isabella had a list of multiple connections she had previously been given from IT and continued to try them until she was able to successfully get in. She was the sole staff member who gained access to Easy Care and actioned all of the item in the task console and on the to do list up until 10:30 am, ensuring that none of our clients had missed care.” – Johanne Loughrey

“It’s been 2 weeks since our mom passed away. I just wanted to share my gratitude for the amazing PSWs that helped her throughout her disease. I will forever be grateful for Elvira Galang in particular. She helped my mom and dad whenever she came. She was polite and listened to the primary caregiver, my dad. My dad is now grieving and needs some help after her death. I only wish and pray that Elvira comes and helps him during his time of need. May all the elderly be respected at their most vulnerable time in life. My dad also gives his thanks to all the different PSWs that my mom received in the last 5 years.” – Client’s family
