Congratulations to this Week’s Champions of Care!

This program is designed to recognize employees who go above and beyond their day-to-day duties, and who exemplify Circle of Care’s values.

Note: New nominations will be posted on Mondays.

Nominations can be submitted in one of two ways:

  • Clients/Family Members: Compliments from clients or family members that are received through the call centre or a manager will be entered as a nomination provided there is enough detail to do so.
  • Managers: A manager can recognize someone for one of the following reasons:
  1. Recognizing that an employee has taken initiative to support, assist or lead a project or difficult task.
  2. The employee has made an extra effort was reflected in their overall performance.
  3. The person has actively demonstrated one of Circle of Care’s values.

  • “I just wanted to take the time out to give Viktorya Trileshinsky a huge shout out for the support she provided for her team on Monday September 14th. As we are short-staffed, she stepped up her game and took over 120 calls. Great job Viktorya, you truly showed what team work is all about.” – Sheonne Harris

  • Maria Campo is a true Champion of Care and our number one champion of the Adult Day Program. Maria has been the driving force and leader of the reopening of ADP. Through Maria’s guidance and encouragement to think in innovative ways, staff have successfully launched a virtual version of our in house program and will soon be opening our doors to offer a hybrid model of care. ADP staff feel extremely fortunate to work with such a caring and inspiring manager.” – Catherine Timm
  • “I wanted to let you know that PSW Gina Macaspac is a fantastic worker. She comes to me a few times a week and does just a fantastic job. She’s polite and caring. She came out of her way one day to put me to bed when my regular worker couldn’t show up, and she did this despite having a very busy day of work, and I think that was just great. I wanted you to know what a fantastic worker you had.” – Client
  • Sheonne Harris is a great supervisor that always goes above and beyond to help our team. She is a great leader and provides us with amazing support. She gives us great feedback to improve ourselves to better assist our clients. She is able to work out multiple alternative solutions in regards to our ever changing schedules to make it work for the whole team.
